& Footstool

Additional items To Improve Postural Principals

Designed By Professor Richard Snell & David Rowe

As part of the comprehensive postural support provided by this range; the headrest, or more accurately the neck support, works in perfect harmony with the other elements of support for the back. Ultimate relaxing and effortless comfort is achieved by cradling the neck and removing forward pressure on the back of the head. This helps to prevent head ‘lolling’ and, like the rest of the back support, achieves good postural geometry. The headrest is height-adjustable by means of a counterweight so it easily accommodates all statures.

The footstool provides relaxation for the legs, and by resting the feet against the rails it helps blood circulation. The stool automatically adjusts to the right leg angle, by means of its rocking-chair shape.
